I Face Litmatch Unfair Ban For Alleged Rule Violation

My account with the username “C****” on the Litmatch mobile app was banned on April 26 at 3:36 PM for “violating community guidelines.” However, I did not use any profanity or inappropriate language in the app, so I believe this ban was applied unfairly.

Having my account closed without any prior warning has negatively affected both my experience and the effort I put into the app. I have not yet contacted the support team, and I am submitting this complaint so that the issue can be thoroughly reviewed and corrected if it was a mistake.

I request that the ban placed on my account “C****” in the Litmatch mobile app be lifted and that my account be reactivated.
