Likee Support Ignored My Request to Restore My Banned Account

I am a user from Pakistan and I use the Likee application on an Android device. My Likee account with the ID “saif555554” was banned about 5 days ago. I believe that my account has no violations and that this ban is unfair. After my account was banned, I contacted Likee support and requested help, but no action was taken on my account and I did not receive a satisfactory solution. This situation has caused me serious discomfort, as I have not intentionally violated any rules. I kindly request that my Likee account “saif555554” be deactivated from the ban and restored as soon as possible, or that a clear and detailed explanation be provided if there is any specific violation claimed against my account.
Progress
I am using the Likee application on an Android device and I am being disturbed by a user through messages. This person sends me disturbing messages on a daily basis and this situation has become very uncomfortable for me.
I have already reported and blocked this user within the Likee app, but despite this, I want a more permanent solution. My clear request is that this user’s account be banned so that they cannot disturb me or other users again.
