Life360 Not Updating Location After Switching to Android

1

I have been using the Life360 app for about a year. The app is installed on both my phone and my boyfriend’s phone. I use an iPhone 11, and my boyfriend recently switched from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy A56 Android phone. We previously had a Premium subscription, but it has now expired.

Since my boyfriend switched to the Android phone—especially over the past week—the app has not been updating his location. It constantly shows as “no network” or “no signal,” even though the app is installed and active. The issue has not been resolved in any way.

I request that Life360 conduct a technical investigation into this issue of location not updating and showing as no signal, and that the problem be permanently fixed as soon as possible.
