League of Legends RP Purchase on Pinly Did Not Match the Advertisement
On 05/01/2026 at 4:14:41 PM, I purchased a product on Pinly for League of Legends that was advertised as containing 10875 RP for approximately $36. After completing the payment, I redeemed the code that was sent to me in-game. However, instead of receiving the promised amount, only 460 RP was added to my account.
When I later contacted the company regarding the issue, I was told that the product was actually a “chance-based loading package,” meaning the RP amount depended on luck and probability rather than being fixed. They also explained that each purchase was independent, that no guaranteed RP amount was promised, and that digital products could not be refunded or canceled after delivery.
However, during the purchasing process, I did not see any clear or obvious statement indicating that the product was a chance package or that the RP amount could vary randomly. The product page directly displayed “10875 RP = 1,380 TL,” and I completed the purchase based on that information, believing I was purchasing a guaranteed amount of RP.
For this order, numbered #d367ebb6-d52, I genuinely feel misled because the chance-based nature of the product was not transparently and clearly explained on the sales page. I request that Pinly revise its product descriptions to avoid misleading customers in the future and that, for my case specifically, either the approximately $36 I paid be refunded or the full 10875 RP that I reasonably believed I was purchasing be credited to my account.
