My Kwai profile no longer appears in search, how can I regain normal visibility?

If your Kwai profile no longer appears in search and you want to regain normal visibility;

Contact Kwai support with a clear escalation;

• State that your profile stopped appearing in search results unexpectedly
• Provide your username/ID, profile link and the approximate date this started
• Attach screenshots showing search results where your profile should appear, and your current profile page settings
• Mention whether you recently changed your username, privacy settings, or posted content that might violate guidelines

Ask them to;

• Confirm whether your profile is shadowbanned, restricted, or under review
• Explain why your profile is no longer discoverable (policy enforcement, algorithm flag, technical glitch)
• Provide steps to restore normal search visibility (content review, account check, settings adjustment)
• Give a timeline for the resolution and confirmation once fixed
