Instagram Account Never Delivered Promised Kwai Followers

I would like to report an issue involving a website/account that claimed it would provide free Kwai followers. The account instructed me to leave a review for a restaurant and follow several Instagram accounts in exchange for 100 followers. I completed every task exactly as requested, expecting to receive the promised reward.

However, even after waiting, the promised followers were never added to my Kwai account. The account I communicated with through Instagram did not fulfill its promise, leaving me frustrated and wasting my time.

I request that the operator honor the advertised offer by providing the promised 100 followers or otherwise resolve this issue. I also ask that this matter be investigated so that other users are not misled by similar promises or promotional offers in the future.
