Check your account first;
• Log in → Dashboard / Premium
• Confirm if subscription shows Active
• Check whether premium job listings are accessible
• Screenshot the page
Verify the payment;
• Check your bank/card statement
• Note charge date, amount, and merchant name
• Screenshot the transaction
Check your email (including Spam);
• Look for payment confirmation
• Look for subscription activation email
Try basic fixes;
• Log out and log back in
• Clear cache or use another browser
• Make sure you’re using the correct account email
Contact JobLeads Support immediately;
• State:
– You were charged but premium access isn’t unlocked
• Provide:
– Account email
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots of payment and locked features
Ask them to;
• Activate premium access immediately OR
• Issue a full refund
If they delay or refuse;
• Follow up in writing
• Start a chargeback with your bank:
– Reason: “Service paid but not delivered”
If still unresolved;
Consider posting a complaint on Xolvie to push for resolution and warn others.
