Urgent: Court-Ordered Restoration Of Instagram Account

My Instagram account with the username “batuhano***” and the profile link “www.instagram.com/batuhan***” has been inaccessible from Turkey due to an access restriction imposed on February 20, 2026. Following this, a court in Turkey issued a final decision on March 9, 2026 to lift this access restriction. I understand that this decision has already been officially communicated to you by BTK. Despite more than three weeks having passed since the court’s decision, my account is still not accessible from Turkey. This situation means that a final and binding court order is not being implemented in practice, and I continue to suffer from the ongoing and unjustified restriction of my account. I contacted Instagram support about this issue, but I was informed that they could not help and that they do not handle this type of matter. This response did not resolve the problem and left me without any effective support channel on your side. In light of the above, I kindly request that you urgently review this situation, promptly implement the Turkish court’s final decision, and immediately lift the access restriction on my account in Turkey.
