They Used My Video Without Permission on Instagram, I Want Credit

The Huzu****rki account shared my video publicly without permission, even though I was underage, and the video was watched and commented on by thousands of people, and although I said that I was disturbed by this and would sue if they did not remove it, they never looked at the messages and victimized me. I want what is necessary to be done for this account that harms my personal rights and privacy.
