Please Recover My Instagram Account

My Instagram account with the username “afjal_.qureshi_” has been permanently disabled and I can no longer access it. On 27 September 2026 I saw the message “We’ve disabled your account” when trying to log in, and on 28 September 2026 I received a notice stating that my account was closed for allegedly violating Community Standards regarding child sexual exploitation, abuse and nudity. I strongly reject this allegation and I believe that Instagram has made a serious mistake about my account. I have never shared or supported any content involving child sexual exploitation, abuse or similar illegal activity. This situation has caused me serious distress, has unfairly damaged my reputation, and has suddenly cut me off from my contacts and my personal use of the platform.
