Old Phone Number Got Me Locked Out of Instagram!
I am very frustrated with Instagram! Someone commented on my old architectural account with the intent to block my business activities. Now, I can't log in because Instagram keeps directing me to my old, deactivated phone number for verification codes. This issue has been disrupting my work for two months without me even realizing it.
Why doesn't such a large platform handle verification through email? There isn't even proper customer support. They suggest contacting someone via email, but why don't they handle it themselves? They make it sound so easy while it's consuming my valuable time. I need this issue resolved immediately. Time is critical for me!
