Instagram Should Remove False Accusation Posts

Someone using the name (F--) is making false accusations and defaming me by using both my profile and my name to spread baseless comments. This individual is posting complaints on the website under my name, and sharing lies. I will file a criminal complaint against them and the website. I want to make it clear that I will also file a complaint against the website and the individuals who unauthorizedly use my profile, name, and picture. I will take necessary actions against this person, and if the content is not removed, I will resort to legal action against the website. I demand the immediate removal of the relevant content.
