Hypnozio Happy Course Billing Without Clear Consent
I am a 72‑year‑old PayPal user in the United States and have been repeatedly charged by Hypnosio for a product called “Happy Course,” even though I have no recollection or evidence of ever signing up for this subscription. The charges are taken via PayPal, and each payment is for approximately $53.94. I first noticed these unauthorized payments around May 2025. As an older consumer, I do not want to be financially exploited or charged for services I did not knowingly agree to. After realizing this issue, I contacted Hypnosio by email and clearly requested that they cease and desist from charging my account. Despite these communications, I have received no response from Hypnosio, and the charges have continued through PayPal. I request that any subscription or recurring payment related to Hypnosio Happy Course be immediately and permanently cancelled, that all charges taken from my account without my clear consent be fully refunded, and that I receive written confirmation that no further payments will be taken. I also expect PayPal to assist in stopping these unauthorized charges and to support the refund process for the amounts already withdrawn from my account. I kindly ask that this matter be investigated urgently and resolved as soon as possible.
