Unjust Motorcycle Pricing at Honda Istanbul Dealer

I contacted the Istanbul E****** dealership about getting in line for a PCX125, but they didn't bother adding me to the list. Instead, they advised me to call back on the 1st of the following month, when the stocks would be replenished. They did, however, mention that they currently have one returned PCX125 available and offered it to me for a whopping 160,000 TL, claiming it comes with accessories, despite the fact that there are none, not even a bag. To my chagrin, it appears that I am the only one who is unaware of this inflated price, as the official dealership price for the PCX125 is 126,000 TL. This price disparity perplexes me, and all I want when purchasing a motorcycle is a fair deal. I am hoping for your help in resolving this matter.
