Hepsijet Delivery Failure: Orders Returned With “Area Not Serviced” Claim

The delivery problems I’ve been experiencing with Hepsijet for my Hepsiburada orders have become unbearable. Hepsijet refuses to deliver to certain addresses, claiming “the area is not serviced,” and sends my products back without offering any solution. They don’t provide a pickup point or any alternative method for me to receive my items. While other courier companies deliver to the same area without any issues, Hepsijet’s inability to do so clearly indicates a serious management and system problem. My address is clearly visible in the system when I place an order, yet the seller still hands the product over to Hepsijet, and only after Hepsijet starts distribution do they announce in the evening that “the area is not serviced” and return the package. All day long, the status shows “courier out for delivery,” and by the end of the day, it suddenly changes to “could not be delivered.” This is neither logical nor acceptable. On the same day, two different products may be sent to the same address—one gets delivered while the other is returned with the claim “the area is not serviced.” I live in a TOKİ housing site with 1,000 residences in a well-populated area, yet because of this inconsistent system, my orders keep getting canceled. Many products, including a humidifier I bought for my young children, never reach me due to this chaos. Orders canceled due to failed delivery include order numbers 4341473729, 4553150009, 4147968664, and 4019743799. Orders where one product was delivered but the other was returned with the claim “the area is not serviced” include 4347972422 and 4753881353. It is unacceptable for such a large platform to operate with a delivery service that is this unreliable, inconsistent, and harmful to customers. I request that this issue be permanently resolved as soon as possible, that the serviceability of my address be clarified, and that all the problems I have experienced be addressed transparently.
