Unauthorized Charge from Google Proxima Beta

I just recently discovered that 94.99 TL was taken out of my Papara account without my permission, and prior to this discovery, I was in no way aware of this transaction in any way. I recently found out that this money was taken out of my account just recently. Regarding this unauthorized charge, and more specifically in relation to Google Proxima Beta, I am seeking immediate assistance as well as answers to the questions that I have. I find it very disturbing that there has been a lack of communication and transparency regarding this matter, and I require that this problem be resolved as quickly as is humanly possible.
