Since then, whenever I try to log in, the system asks for a Google authentication code that I do not have access to, so I cannot open my account at all. After losing access, I tried to contact you through Telegram, but I have not received any response so far and my problem is still not resolved. I request that you urgently remove the Google authentication that was added by the hacker and restore full access to my original account.
