Google Workspace Verification Still Pending After 48 Hours
On 26 September 2026, while creating my Google Workspace Standard (TRY) subscription, I uploaded the identity and card verification documents requested by Google to the system for payment method verification and submitted them for review. After the upload, the screen informed me that the review of my submission could take up to 48 hours, that I would be notified by email once a decision was made, and that I should not attempt to create a registration with another Google account during the review process. I complied with this warning, did not apply with a different Google account, and waited for the existing application to be concluded. Today is 1 October 2026 and although approximately five days have passed, I have not received any approval, rejection, or additional document request. I have carefully checked the email address I specified during registration, including spam and junk folders, yet I have not received any information about this process. When I sign in to my Google Workspace account, instead of a screen where I can see the status of the verification process, I am again met with the 14‑day free trial screen showing the Starter, Standard and Plus packages. I started the Google Workspace subscription to use my own private domain name for a professional email service; however, although the 48‑hour period stated by Google has been exceeded, I cannot complete my setup or start using the service because the verification process has not been finalized. In addition, I have not been able to submit a support request to Google regarding this issue so far, as I could not find a direct contact email address or a clear support channel. I kindly request that Google review the status of the payment and identity verification application I submitted on 26 September 2026, provide me with clear and explicit information about the situation, and finalize the verification process as soon as possible so that I can start using the Google Workspace service.
