Google California Unauthorized Charges Under Book, DVDs, Music and Games

There has been an unlawful charge of 119.99 TL at my bank account by a place called "Google California" under the area of "Books, DVDs, music, games, etc." expenditures. I was not involved in this transaction and had no prior knowledge of it. I am writing to the appropriate authorities to inquire about the possibility of getting a refund for the unauthorized charge that was made and to ask that the appropriate actions be taken. A great number of people have voiced their unhappiness, and many of them have been victimized by situations that are comparable. It is past time for action to be made in order to address these concerns and safeguard customers from unlawful transactions of this kind. I want to be grateful next time I come here
