Google Account Hacked, Unable to Recover Access

I am writing to report that my Google account registered with the email address ogl973***@gmail.com has been hacked and I can no longer recover it. I noticed that something was wrong when I received security warnings from Google saying that there were sign-in attempts or changes on my account. After that, I tried the “Forgot password” option on my mobile phone, but I still could not regain access to my account. It appears that the attacker has changed my login or recovery information, so the normal recovery steps are not working for me.
