Gmail Account Hacked And Lost Access

For the past two years I have been unable to log in to my Gmail account at the address “diyanh***@gmail.com” because my account was hacked. The person who took over the account changed both the password and the recovery phone number. Since then I have completely lost access. When I try to sign in, the login page shows my email address and asks for a password that I no longer know. When I click on “Forgot password”, the one-time password (OTP) and verification codes are now sent to the hacker’s phone number, so I cannot receive any code or complete the recovery steps. I have already contacted Google/Gmail support and tried to use the account recovery options, but I have not been able to regain control of my account and I always end up blocked at the step where the code is sent to the wrong phone number. I request that my identity be verified with alternative security checks and that access to my Gmail account be restored to me as the rightful owner, or that I am clearly informed of the steps I need to complete so that the hacker’s phone number and credentials are removed from my account.
