I Want To Self-ban My Free Fire Account Permanently - Please Help Now!

I am an iPhone user and I play Free Fire with my Garena account. I would like to request a self-ban on my Free Fire ID for a limited period for my own well-being and time management. Specifically, I want my Free Fire account, shown in the attached profile screenshot, to be completely blocked from logging in and playing for 6 days. During these 6 days, I do not want to be able to access the game in any way. After this 6‑day period, I would like the ban to be lifted automatically so that I can use my account again normally. I kindly ask you to apply this temporary self-ban on my Free Fire ID for 6 days and confirm that this will not turn into a permanent ban or cause any loss of progress or items in my account.
