I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which has been hacked and is no longer accessible to me. My Free Fire UID is 6323786921, and the in-game name associated with this account is “SMG.Channel.” I am unable to log in and have completely lost access to the account. I have also noticed abnormal activity on the account, which clearly indicates that it has been compromised.

This issue actually occurred several years ago, but I only recently learned how to properly attempt account recovery, which is why I am now submitting this request. Until now, I had not contacted customer support regarding this matter.
