Free Fire No Support - UID Hack and Ban

There was a breach in my Free Fire account (UID: 9535455344). I was able to retrieve it from Facebook, but I found out that the thief's acts had resulted in its ban. I have never utilized panel hacks or any other kind of cheat, and I think the suspension was due to the hacker's actions rather than mine. I've tried contacting support, but I'm unable to get through. I can give records if you need them, and I would appreciate it if you will take my case into consideration and lift the prohibition.
