GameLoop PUBG Mobile Stutters and Freezes on RTX 3050 and Ryzen 5

I have been experiencing serious performance issues for a long time while playing PUBG Mobile through Tencent GameLoop. Even though the in-game counter shows 100–120 FPS in the top-left corner of the screen, the game runs as if it cannot even hold 50–60 FPS — it stutters constantly and never feels smooth. Mouse movements cause noticeable lag, and this has completely killed the enjoyment of the game for me.
I am running a very capable system: a Ryzen 5 5600 processor, an RTX 3050 graphics card, 16 GB of RAM, and a 500 GB M.2 SSD. My hardware is more than powerful enough to handle both this game and GameLoop, so when performance is this poor, the problem clearly lies entirely with optimization. During in-game events and graphically intensive scenes, the game freezes repeatedly, drops frames, and becomes completely unplayable.
I have tried everything I can think of — reinstalling GameLoop, adjusting settings — but nothing fixes the problem. At this point, the situation has reached a level that is making me lose interest in PUBG Mobile altogether, and getting this kind of performance out of such a capable system is simply unacceptable.
My expectation from Tencent is that GameLoop be seriously optimized for PUBG Mobile, that these stuttering and performance issues be urgently investigated and resolved, and that players receive clear and honest communication about what is being done. I want this performance problem fixed — even high-end systems are not immune to it.
