An eligible member takes the lead and starts the pool, becoming the "head," inviting friends, family, or anyone they consider family to join in. Family Pooling offers a convenient and transparent way to combine miles for rewards, without any minimums, maximums, or hidden fees. It provides flexibility and ease for users.

Customers have the flexibility to invite friends, coworkers, and roommates. The pool's head has the power to exchange miles for award flights, ensuring a smooth process. Once the pool has accumulated a sufficient number of miles, they can easily exchange them for an award flight, free from any unexpected charges or fees.

To become eligible, customers have two options. One is to reach Elite Silver status, while the other is to become a Frontier Airlines World MasterCard® holder.
