I am absolutely furious with Free Fire Max! I pushed my luck a bit and received a violation. For a while, I couldn't enter any games in either Clash Squad (CS) or Battle Royale (BR) modes; the game simply wouldn't allow it. After the violation period ended, I could finally play again, but to my horror, all my ranks had plummeted to Bronze!
Is all my hard work, all those hours and days I put into the game, truly gone? I was a Master rank in both CS and BR, and now I'm stuck in Bronze in both. This is completely unacceptable.
