My Free Fire Max Ranks Dropped to Bronze After Violation

I am absolutely furious with Free Fire Max! I pushed my luck a bit and received a violation. For a while, I couldn't enter any games in either Clash Squad (CS) or Battle Royale (BR) modes; the game simply wouldn't allow it. After the violation period ended, I could finally play again, but to my horror, all my ranks had plummeted to Bronze!

Is all my hard work, all those hours and days I put into the game, truly gone? I was a Master rank in both CS and BR, and now I'm stuck in Bronze in both. This is completely unacceptable.

Garena, you need to restore all my effort and my ranks immediately! My dedication to this game shouldn't be wiped away so easily after a violation. Return my Master ranks in both CS and BR now!
