I am writing regarding accidental in-game purchases made in Free Fire Max on February 19, 2026, through my Google Play account. These purchases were made by my 7-year-old child without my knowledge or consent.
The total amount charged is approximately 8,000, which is a significant financial burden for my family. As soon as I noticed the charges, I immediately stopped my child from accessing the game. The purchased items were not meaningfully used or enjoyed.
I first contacted Google Play Store support, and they informed me that refund decisions in such cases are handled directly by the game developer. Following their guidance, I submitted a refund request to you. However, my request was declined, which has left me extremely disappointed and distressed.
My child is only 7 years old and does not understand the value of money or how online transactions work. I am a farmer and earn my income with great difficulty, so losing this amount due to an innocent mistake has caused serious financial strain and emotional stress for our family. My child has been deeply upset by this situation and is now afraid to use a mobile phone at all.
I respectfully ask you to reconsider your earlier decision and approve a full refund of these accidental in-game purchases as a one-time exception. I believe a responsible and globally recognized company can review this matter with empathy and understanding, especially considering that the purchases were made by a minor without parental consent.
For your reference, my account email is moolara****@gmail.com, and the Google Play transaction IDs are:
GPA.3308-9623-3663-18851
GPA.3376-2262-1445-74242
I kindly request that you review my case once again and support my family during this difficult situation by approving the refund.
Thank you for your understanding.
