Fit Me Rezonans Refund Request for Unused Sessions After Business Closure

I purchased an 8-session package from Fit Me Rezonans, a business located in Çankaya, Ankara, on April 13, 2026. I made the payment by bank transfer to M*** K**** in the total amount of $86**.

As part of this package, I attended 6 sessions, but I still had 2 unused sessions remaining.

Today, when I called to schedule an appointment, I found out that the business was closed. Their phone numbers are completely unreachable, they have not responded to my messages on WhatsApp, and their Instagram account is also closed. Although I have the payment receipt as proof of my transaction, I cannot reach the company through any channel and I am unable to receive the remaining 2 sessions I paid for.

I request a refund for the unused portion of the service, specifically the 2 remaining sessions, calculated from the total amount I paid.
