If FamRadar (Family Locator) premium features disappeared after your payment, first make sure you’re signed in with the same account and store credentials you used to buy the subscription;
On iOS use Restore Previous Purchases in the app,
On Android just log into your Family Locator account and the subscription should auto-restore.
If that doesn’t work, open the official Family Locator support request form on their help site with your purchase details (email, receipt screenshot, platform) and ask them to reactivate your premium access or confirm your subscription status.
In user reports, issues stem from billing problems or cancelled subscriptions still being shown as active, so also check the App Store/Google Play subscription page to ensure the premium plan is active there and hasn’t lapsed or been charged through a different account.
If the issue persists, post a public complaint on Xolvie explaining your issue clearly; this often draws faster moderation attention than private tickets alone.
