Lost Airtel SIM Preventing Access to FamPay Account and Number Change
I lost my Airtel SIM card which was linked to my FamPay account on 29 May, and because of this I can no longer use that number. My old mobile number was 9253466***. I now have a new mobile number 8901341*** and I want my existing FamPay account to be connected to this new number. I have not yet been able to contact Airtel or FamPay customer care, so I am writing this complaint to request help. I kindly ask you to update my registered mobile number in your system, link my FamPay account to 8901341*** instead of 9253466*** and ensure that I can safely access and use my account again. I request that this change be done as soon as possible and that any necessary verification steps be shared with me so that I can complete them and secure my account.
