FamPay Wrong ID Verification – Request KYC Reset and Reverification

I created a FamPay account using my current mobile number and, by mistake, completed ID verification with my mother’s ID instead of my own. After that, when I try to do my own ID verification on this same number, the app is not allowing it and my ID is not getting verified. Because of this mistake, I am unable to use the account properly in my own name. I want my mother’s ID details, which were verified by mistake on my number, to be removed from my FamPay account and the KYC to be reset so that I can complete ID verification with my own ID on this mobile number. I request you to check my account linked to this mobile number and help me by deleting the wrong ID KYC and allowing fresh ID verification in my name as soon as possible.
