FamPay Account Deletion Request Not Processed After Long Inactivity

I have a Fampay account which I no longer use or need and I want it to be completely closed and deleted. I have not used this account for about one year and I do not wish to continue with any of Fampay’s services. My Fampay account is linked to my mobile number 9828402*** and my email address meenav3***@gmail.com. I request that Fampay permanently close and delete this account and remove all related data from your systems. I kindly ask you to process the permanent closure and deletion of my Fampay account linked to the above mobile number and email as soon as possible and to confirm the completion of this process.
