I Can’t Sell Some Items on Etsy Due to Red Banner Listing Error

Hello, I’m a seller on Etsy and I’ve successfully completed 8 sales so far. However, a customer recently reached out saying they were unable to purchase certain items from my shop. They mentioned receiving a red banner error on some of my listings, preventing them from completing their order.

What’s especially strange is that not all listings are affected — only some of them trigger this warning. I double-checked everything on my end and the listings appear to be active and in stock. I haven’t made any recent changes that would explain this sudden issue.

I rely on Etsy for my business, and this technical error is costing me sales and potentially damaging my reputation. I’ve tried to find answers in Etsy’s help section but found nothing relevant. I’m requesting immediate assistance to understand what’s going wrong and how to fix it. This needs to be addressed urgently — small sellers like me can’t afford to lose customers due to unresolved platform errors. Please investigate and get this sorted.
