If you were moved from Etihad Airways' Premium Economy to their Economy Class, you might be able to get some money back.

According to EU Regulation 261/2004, you could get up to €600 if your flight left from an airport in the EU or the UK. The amount would depend on how far the trip was. A portion of the ticket price is usually given as payment for downgrades.

Contact Etihad Airways' customer service right away with your booking reference, trip information, and any necessary documents, such as boarding passes or receipts.

To do this, go to their Help Center (https://www.etihad.com/en/help) or call +971 600 555 666. If the answer you get isn't good enough, remember, you're not alone in your experiences. Explore Xolvie to read about the challenges others have faced and share your story.
