Emochi deleted my messages, how can I recover them?

First open the affected character’s chat history and check whether the conversation or an earlier version is still available.

Emochi says chat history is saved to your account, and recent user reports indicate that some missing messages have returned after several days or were recoverable through chat history.

Avoid deleting the conversation, restarting it repeatedly, or continuing to send messages until you check the history, as this may make it harder to identify the missing version.

If the messages were permanently deleted, recovery may not be possible because Emochi’s terms warn that deleted account content may be destroyed, so report the issue to Emochi support with your account details and the affected character as soon as possible.
