FIFA Mobile Accidental Purchase Used 10,000 Gems by Mistake
On Sunday, October 19, while playing FIFA Mobile, my younger cousin accidentally opened a 10,000-gem pack on my account. I had spent a long time earning those gems through in-game events, and I never intended to make that purchase.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I haven’t faced any similar problems before. I also did not spend any real money — all of the gems were earned through gameplay. I haven’t yet contacted customer support, but I wanted to report this incident immediately.
I kindly request that this accidental purchase be reversed and that my 10,000 gems be restored to my account. Please review the situation and help resolve my issue as soon as possible.
