EA Sports Verification Code Emails Not Received

Despite having active access to my EA Sports account through my Xbox and PC, I am unable to log into the FC24 Companion app because I’m not receiving the 6-digit verification code email. I’ve checked all folders, including spam and junk, but the emails are not arriving. This issue also occurs with other actions that require a verification code. I need this problem resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.
