Dating.com Keeps Trying to Charge My Card Without Permission

My account is constantly being charged by Dating.com. The payments are not going through only because my card is currently blocked, but how is it even possible for transactions to be attempted without my permission? I have no knowledge of these charges, and I never authorized any payment. If this continues, I will take legal action. No company is allowed to process charges without my consent, yet these attempts are still happening.
