There are a couple things you can do if you want to be sure that your Coles Rewards points were posted to your account after your last transaction. To start, go into your Coles Rewards account and check if the points have been added. There can be a little lag in the points being updated every now and then.
Get in touch with Coles' support staff if you haven't received your points after a few days. It is their responsibility to look into the issue and verify that your points have been added accurately to your account. Make sure you have all the necessary documentation.
In order to get your whole purchase price refunded, Coles customer service will assist you in resolving the issue. If not, you can file a complaint on our website.
