Refund Request for Unauthorized Charge in Clash of Clans Special Offer

I was charged on my card for a "special offer" in Clash of Clans, even though I didn’t make any purchases. When I log into the game, I can’t even see what was supposedly purchased. I occasionally buy the Gold Pass, but I haven’t made any other purchases for events or offers.

I am requesting a refund for this unauthorized charge as I did not authorize or see any items received in the game. Please assist in resolving this issue and processing my refund promptly.
