Trying to switch my account to a new email, I've been attempting to connect with live support from within the game for days, but I'm stuck dealing with an unyielding robot.

When I finally managed to get through, the response was to contact support under the 'lost account' category. Despite multiple support requests on the official website, I haven't received any helpful responses to resolve the issue. I know this won't get sorted through email alone, and navigating through the in-game robot to reach live support has proven impossible.
