Calvin Klein Shoes Sole Cracked After Normal Use

Around November 2025, I purchased a pair of Calvin Klein shoes from the Özdilek Kocaeli store for approximately $102–$122. Since the day I purchased them, I have only worn the shoes occasionally for normal everyday use. They have never been subjected to heavy use or any unusually demanding conditions.
Today, I noticed that my feet were getting wet, so I inspected the shoes and discovered deep tears in the soles of both shoes. For the soles of a product from a brand like Calvin Klein, purchased at this price, to crack and tear in this manner within such a relatively short period of time is unacceptable, both in terms of product quality and customer satisfaction.
I have not yet taken the shoes to the Özdilek store, but based on the circumstances described above, I believe the shoes may have a manufacturing-related defect. I request that Özdilek inspect the shoes and provide an appropriate resolution to the inconvenience I have experienced, either by replacing the product or issuing a full refund.
