Appeal Against Bumpy Account Restriction

I am a Premium subscriber of Bumpy and I use the service on mobile. On 14.10.2026, I noticed that my Bumpy account had been restricted and since then I have not been able to use my account normally. I have not knowingly violated Bumpy’s community guidelines or terms of service and I have always tried to use the platform respectfully and appropriately. For this reason, I believe that this restriction may have been applied by mistake. My User ID is 33268***. I previously contacted Bumpy support by email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I kindly request that my account be reviewed urgently, the restriction removed if it was applied in error, and that I be informed clearly if there is any specific reason for this restriction. As a paying Premium member, I expect to be able to access my account without interruption and to receive a fair and transparent explanation. I request your support for a prompt and fair resolution.
