Bovada Removed My Slot Win and Altered Parlays Without Consent

I have been using Bovada from Los Angeles, California for both online casino games and sports betting, and I am raising a complaint about my funds being taken and my parlays being switched without my consent. On May 31, I won $2,000 on a slot bonus in the casino section. Shortly after that, the winnings were removed from my account. Around the same dates, I also noticed that some of my parlays were changed from what I originally placed. This is not the first time something like this has happened, but this time I have clear screenshots that show my original bets and my casino win before the money was taken and the parlays were switched. When I contacted Bovada customer support, they initially claimed that none of this ever happened. Once I informed them that I had screenshots proving it, they stopped responding and never provided any explanation or solution. I request that Bovada at least return the $2,000 I won from the slot bonus that was removed from my account and review and correct the parlays that were switched without my permission. I expect a clear explanation of what happened to my funds and bets, and I want this situation resolved as soon as possible.
