The spare parts for Bosch products are exorbitantly priced, and the devices frequently experience malfunctions. When I contacted customer service seeking a discount, they informed me that no discounts could be provided. They quoted ₺4000 for a single part, but I managed to have the same service done externally for ₺500. I am dissatisfied with the lack of sensitivity, attention, and responsibility demonstrated by customer service representatives. How can I not, I mean look at the price difference?
