My Bosch KGN86AID1N Fridge Order Delivered with Scratches and Dents!

I purchased a Bosch refrigerator, model KGN86AID1N, and it arrived with scratches and dents all over. Even after the service replaced the dented interior shelves, we discovered more scratches on the outer surface when removing the protective films. Constantly calling the service for such an expensive product is frustrating. If I'm paying a premium, I expect a flawless product. It seems like no one takes pride in their work anymore, and they sent us a defective unit. Urgently seeking a resolution to this ongoing problem.
