Damaged Bosch Washer & Fridge on Delivery

I was disappointed to discover that my Bosch appliances, a washing machine and refrigerator, were damaged when I opened them. I was informed that it was not appropriate for anyone other than the service to open them. Later, when the service arrived for installation, they accused me of neglecting to check and refused to assist, insisting on payment. The individual from the service center adamantly demanded payment, despite being fully aware of their own error. I have a strong sense of disappointment regarding my purchase from Bosch.
