Bosch KGN86 Refrigerator Has Recurring Sensor Issues

We purchased a Bosch refrigerator model KGN86. Since our purchase, we have experienced recurring sensor issues, leading to multiple sensor replacements during the warranty period and a one-time replacement of the control board. Despite expressing our concerns to customer service about a potential manufacturing defect in the product, we did not receive a satisfactory response. We are dissatisfied with the ongoing issues and the lack of resolution.

They offered no solution Unfortunately I am complaining, we change a part every 6 months I am also complaining about customer service, they dismissed me by saying electronic parts can break down I do not understand this kind of attitude and behavior. I mean, as they say in their advertisements, "I would rather lose my fortune than lose customer satisfaction" has turned out to be completely false.
