Bosch Serie 6 Washing Machine Makes Unbearable Noise During Spin Cycle!
Man, when that spin cycle starts and ends, the drum goes crazy and smacks into the lid, making so much noise it's almost unbearable. It's kinda creepy, to be honest. I hit up the service center and asked them to come check things out. They sent a tech to take a look at the problem. But, unfortunately, the engineer said that the noise was normal and they couldn't do anything about it. I even sent a video of the annoying noise, the customer service person I talked to was like, "Yeah, it's totally normal for it to be that loud." It's not cool for a five-month-old machine to be making so much noise. Dang, if it's already making that much noise, I can't even imagine how bad it'll be in a year or two. got a Bosch washing machine thinking it would be top-notch, but man, didn't know I was buying distress and free orchestra, a bad one at that. Doing laundry has become such a hassle, with all the loud banging noises that just won't quit echoing through my place.
